"Bouquet" Acrylic Collage

Opening Day....yay! Unfortunately our Tigers lost in extra innings...It's such a nice warm day today, at least for Michigan....in the 50's ...after the winter we've had, it feels like a heat wave!

We got about 3 inches of fresh spring snow last night....

La DEEE da. and harrumph.

At least the sun is shining.

Go Michigan State Spartans!! (I love NCAA tournament basketball)

Finders Keepers lucky#13 has been released in Lake Orion....Happy Hunting!
I did give a bit of a hint to a fellow artist....but it's snowing here...and lucky #13 will soon be covered! I hope the spray varnish I used keeps the ink from running... I see now that the photo is a bit blurry....whoops.

"Iced Trees" watercolor 11 x 15

This is the view from my studio....I'm a very lucky duck.

"Iced Trees" is one of 3 paintings that I have showing at the Orion Art Center's all media show.

It runs from March 26th through April 26th...Well worth a look see! Mom's Poppies and Tulip Shapes are my other two paintings being shown. :)

I'm in Pasadena California as i type....so nice to see flowers, and GREEN!

We are visiting our youngest son....pictured above. (He moved here last July)

I only brought a small camera and small sketchbook...but brought a huge urge to paint outside!!!!

Just so you know....It's weird watching tournament basketball in the morning.
