Can't Get Enough Peonies....

A more traditional view of the peonies.... One of the things I love about these light pink peonies is the contrast between the dark, harsh foliage color and the delicate soft pink of the blooms. Yum.

    I like your description - the dark, harsh foliage color and the delicate soft pink of the blooms - that sounds like a good line for a poem.

    I really like the painting, interesting how the leaves are reaching out, grasping for something...

    Thanks Debra.... I re-designed the leaves a bit... but that's pretty much how they were... My description was a bit "flowery"... snort.
