Frosty Morning Walk on the Trail....
My friend Meg and I braved the bitter cold temps and were rewarded with a fairy land of frost. We could hardly talk for stopping and saying "oooooooh" and "aaaaaaaah". Photos never do this kind of scenery justice. The frozen nose hair was another added bonus.

Lauren, the landscape you entered in the Crystal Lake Art Center's Regional Juried Exhibition is, in my opinion the best in the show. You certainly have mastered the use of nutrerals; they work wonderfully to create this quiet yet striking winter scene.
